Refunds: If you are purchasing MCO forms, VIN Tags, or other physical goods, you may return the items and receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For licensure services, you may cancel after payment and receive a full refund before starting the licensure process. The licensure process has begun once you submit your application. Once the licensure process has begun, North Cape Investments begins to incur non refundable costs and no refunds are allowed.  Request must be sent by email.

Shipping Policy: When ordering MCO forms, Vin Tags or other physical goods. Items will be shipped within 48 hours of the order and a tracking number will be provided. 

Returns: Physical goods in original condition can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
